BI 306 - Climate Change Biology

This course investigates the causes and impacts of contemporary environmental changes. Specifically, students will study the effects of climate change on the functioning of individuals, biological communities, and ecosystems, as well as the novel approaches used to study global change over multiple spatial and temporal scales. Students will read primary literature, interpret data, and apply their learning through a science communication final project, where they will translate complex scientific ideas into broadly accessible formats.
