This course studies multiple aspects of leadership for trades-based industries. The course addresses the framework of leadership, supervisory skills, and training and development needed to lead the activities of a diverse group of employees successfully. Students will identify their leadership styles, develop and lead training activities, and gain new perspectives to clarify difficult situations while practicing conflict resolution, resulting in competent, confident leaders.
