Students will develop the skill necessary to complete acceptable fillet welds in all positions with the SMAW, GMAW and FCAW-GS process on carbon steel. Students will also be introduced to oxy/fuel cutting and gouging, air carbon arc cutting and gouging, and mechanized thermal cutting techniques.
