This course will facilitate the transition to baccalaureate nursing for RN to BSN students. Students will learn about the roles of the BSN-prepared nurse and opportunities for advanced practice. Students will demonstrate effective communication through scholarly writing and use literature to identify best evidence for practice. Students will explore ideas for clinical improvement initiatives.
