Prerequisites: DAN 401 with a B+ or better, or instructor permission.

A development of ballet technique at the advanced/pre-professional level. The emphasis is placed on learning and retaining advanced ballet class exercises in a faster-paced environment, as well as honing technique and artistry to a professional level. This class will follow an “open class” protocol with changing warm-ups and combinations, as well as learning and performing new choreography, on a regular basis.

Notes: May be taken up to two times for credit.
