The Industrial Maintenance Certificate program prepares students with the hands-on skills and technical knowledge needed to succeed in today’s industrial workplaces. With a strong emphasis on applied learning, students are trained to safely install, maintain, and troubleshoot the mechanical and electrical equipment and systems that support modern operations. Coursework builds a solid foundation in industrial measurement and print reading, basic electricity for industrial technicians, and proper rigging and hoisting practices. Students also gain experience operating and maintaining pumps, pipes, and valves - essential systems across manufacturing and industrial settings. Introductory welding instruction further supports fabrication and repair tasks commonly performed by maintenance professionals. To enhance career flexibility, the program offers specialty courses that allow students to tailor their training to their individual interests and workforce needs. This well-rounded approach produces adaptable, job-ready graduates who can address a wide range of technical challenges. Industrial Maintenance Core
