The Bachelor’s degree in Communication Management emphasizes the growing need for professionals who can manage multiple channels of communication content, from writing internal organizational newsletters to running podcasts and producing compelling visual materials. The program is designed to cultivate skilled communicators who are able to adapt to evolving media landscapes and integrate technology into their efforts to distribute relevant information to organizational audiences and enhance meaningful human connections. The program includes courses in communication studies, multimedia journalism, and multimedia production, blending the theoretical study of human symbolic behavior with technical expertise in crafting professional audio and visual content.
This major does not require a minor. Students are not permitted to select Communication Studies or Multimedia Production as minors for this major.
