This course provides an overview of dispensary operations with the goal of applying operational principles in a cannabis retail setting. This course provides details for protecting a dispensary’s products, customers, and employees with emergency procedures. It also explores best practices in dispensary design layout, admission processes and communication, lighting, and building climate, product placement, and signage. This course reviews ways of preventing customer and employee theft.
