CO 210 explores cannabis harvesting, post-processing, and product manufacturing, with a focus on extraction methods, formulation, dosage precision, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Quality control, regulatory compliance, and technology application are covered. Students learn to design harvesting schedules and SOPs for optimal processes and product quality. They also analyze Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and perform dilution calculations for accurate dosage of Marijuana Infused Products (MIPs).
